  • Distribution: Public Document and Internal Implementation

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Unity Impact Partners website, public content, downloads, enrollment pages, and related online services (collectively, the “Website”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

1. Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use the Website on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization.

2. ZEUS™ and Other Services

Access to and use of ZEUS™ are governed by the ZEUS™ Access and Use Agreement accepted during enrollment or onboarding. Strategic Advisory, Chief of Staff Partnership, Enterprise ZEUS™ Implementation, transformational experiences, publishing advisory, and other services may also be governed by an approved agreement specific to the engagement.

If these Terms conflict with an applicable service agreement, the applicable service agreement governs the specific service.

ZEUS supports strategic intelligence, decision support, and execution. You remain responsible for reviewing ZEUS outputs and authorizing the decisions and actions taken from them.

3. Website Use

Unity Impact Partners grants you a limited, nonexclusive, revocable right to use the Website for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You may not:

  • use the Website unlawfully, fraudulently, deceptively, or in a manner that harms another person.
  • interfere with the Website, introduce malicious code, bypass security or access controls, or attempt unauthorized access.
  • scrape, harvest, systematically extract, copy, reverse engineer, or use automated means against the Website except as expressly authorized in writing or permitted by law.
  • impersonate another person, misrepresent authority or affiliation, or submit information you are not authorized to provide; or
  • reproduce, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative works from Website content except as authorized in writing or permitted by law.

4. Information You Submit

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you submit through the Website. You represent that you have the rights and authority required to provide it. Unity Impact Partners may process submitted information as described in the Privacy Notice and as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, complete a transaction, or provide an authorized service.

Do not submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive information through a public Website form unless Unity Impact Partners expressly requests it and provides an approved method.

5. Intellectual Property

The Website and its content, including text, designs, graphics, methods, frameworks, publications, downloads, trademarks, and service marks, are owned by or licensed to Unity Impact Partners and protected by applicable law.

Unity Impact Partners, ZEUS™, The SISU Method™, Strategic Perspectives™, The Age of Stewardship™, and associated names and marks may not be used without written permission except to identify an authorized service accurately. No ownership right is transferred under these Terms.

6. Purchases, Billing, and Renewals

Unity Impact Partners is the seller and merchant of record for purchases made through its authorized enrollment and payment channels. PayPal processes payments under its own terms and privacy notice.

The price, access period, renewal status, cancellation method, and other material terms presented at enrollment or checkout are part of the purchase. Recurring charges require affirmative agreement to the disclosed billing and renewal terms. Cancellation stops future charges when completed before the next charge is processed; access ordinarily continues through the paid period unless the applicable agreement states otherwise.

Refunds, failed payments, cancellations, renewals, and payment disputes are governed by the applicable offer terms, ZEUS™ Access and Use Agreement, or other approved service agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The Website may use or link to PayPal and other independent services. Their terms and privacy notices govern your direct use of those services. Unity Impact Partners does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Privacy and Accessibility

The Privacy Notice explains how Unity Impact Partners collects, uses, protects, and shares personal information. The Accessibility Statement describes Unity Impact Partners’ accessibility commitment and how to request assistance or provide feedback. Both are incorporated by reference where applicable.

9. Website Availability and Changes

Unity Impact Partners may update, correct, suspend, or discontinue Website content or functionality. Unity Impact Partners does not guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Material changes affecting a paid service are governed by the applicable service agreement.

10. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website and general Website content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Unity Impact Partners does not provide implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. General Website content does not replace legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, regulatory, or other qualified professional advice.

This section does not modify an express commitment in an applicable service agreement or exclude a warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unity Impact Partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or related to the Website.

Unity Impact Partners’ total liability arising from or related to the Website will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid Unity Impact Partners for the Website-related service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other nonwaivable responsibility. A service agreement may establish a different limit for that service.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold Unity Impact Partners and its owners, personnel, and authorized service providers harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Website, information you submit, material breach of these Terms, or violation of another person’s rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent that a claim results from Unity Impact Partners’ negligence, willful misconduct, or breach.

13. Suspension and Termination

Unity Impact Partners may restrict or terminate Website access for a material breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, a security risk, interference with the Website, or harm to another person. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination remain effective, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

Florida law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Before filing a claim, each party will provide written notice describing the dispute and allow 30 days for good-faith resolution unless immediate relief is reasonably necessary.

Any proceeding not resolved informally must be brought in a state or federal court in Florida with authority over the dispute. Each party consents to that jurisdiction and venue. Consumer rights that cannot be waived remain in effect.

15. Electronic Communications

You consent to receive agreements, disclosures, receipts, and service notices electronically. Keep your contact information current and retain copies for your records. Electronic records and acceptance may have the same legal effect as paper records and handwritten signatures, subject to applicable law.

16. Changes to These Terms

Unity Impact Partners may revise these Terms for legal, security, operational, or Website changes. The current version will state its effective date. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate method and will not retroactively alter a completed purchase or signed agreement unless the governing agreement or law permits it and any required consent is obtained.

17. General Terms

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified only as necessary and the remaining provisions will remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without written consent. Unity Impact Partners may assign them as part of a merger, reorganization, financing, or transfer of the relevant business or assets.

These Terms, the Privacy Notice, and any applicable service agreement form the complete agreement concerning their respective subject matter.
