Founder
Yvonne Cole partners with individuals and organizations to align identity, purpose, and strategy, bringing clarity to decisions, intentionality to growth, and focus to meaningful, lasting impact.
A U.S. Navy veteran and retired GS-15 federal leader, Yvonne’s experience spans military leadership, executive strategy, organizational transformation, systems integration, standards and interoperability, community building, responsible technology, and integrative wellness. She has served across Navy, Marine Corps, NATO, and federal health and technology environments, bringing a systems perspective to complex work involving people, mission, governance, and change.
As Founder and CEO of Unity Impact Partners, Yvonne serves as a Strategic Advisor, Chief of Staff Partner, Integrative Wellness Visionary, author, and Personal Empowerment Strategist. Her work bridges the science of building with the art of becoming, translating vision into structured execution while strengthening self-trust, leadership, resilience, and stewardship.
