Unity Impact Partners is committed to providing digital experiences that are accessible to people with disabilities and support equitable access to information, services, and opportunities.

1. Accessibility Standard

Unity Impact Partners uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA, as its current design and evaluation target for the website, ZEUS™, enrollment experiences, and digital content that Unity Impact Partners owns or manages.

WCAG 2.2 Level AA is a target, not a representation that every page, feature, document, or third-party service currently conforms. Unity Impact Partners will describe the Services as conforming only after the applicable experience has been evaluated and the results support that claim.

2. Our Approach

Unity Impact Partners considers accessibility throughout design, content development, implementation, evaluation, and improvement. Our work includes:

  • using clear structure, headings, labels, instructions, and link text.
  • supporting keyboard access and visible focus.
  • maintaining readable text, sufficient color contrast, text resizing, and responsive reflow.
  • providing text alternatives for meaningful images and captions or transcripts for relevant media.
  • designing forms with clear labels, instructions, error identification, and recovery support.
  • preparing digital documents for accessible reading and navigation where practicable
  • evaluating essential journeys with automated tools, keyboard review, and manual testing.
  • addressing confirmed barriers according to their effect on access and use.

3. Current Status and Limitations

Unity Impact Partners is continuing to evaluate and improve its digital services against WCAG 2.2 Level AA. A complete conformance evaluation has not yet been completed for every page, interaction, document, and third-party service. Unity Impact Partners therefore does not currently represent that all digital services fully conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Some content or functions provided by independent services, including payment, scheduling, embedded media, or other integrated tools, may be governed by the accessibility practices of those providers. Unity Impact Partners will seek an accessible alternative or reasonable assistance when a confirmed barrier affects access to a Unity Impact Partners service.

4. Assistance and Feedback

If you experience an accessibility barrier, need information in another format, or require assistance using the website or ZEUS™, please contact Unity Impact Partners. If possible, include the page or feature involved, the nature of the difficulty, and the format or assistance requested.

Unity Impact Partners will review the request, respond through an appropriate channel, and work with you to provide access or a reasonable alternative.
