A defined 90-day engagement that includes one ZEUS named-user license for the service term.

Chief of Staff Partnership

Embedded strategic capacity across executive vision, priorities, governance, cross-functional coordination, and execution.

Available for six or twelve months and includes three ZEUS named-user licenses for the service term.

Engagement

The scope, cadence, responsibilities, deliverables, ZEUS access, and payment schedule are established through consultation, contract approval and execution.

What happens when you enroll

  1. Compare the approved ZEUS options and understand the access and value each one includes.
  2. Select an eligible license or engagement and identify your named users and administrator.
  3. Select eligible Strategic Advisory or Chief of Staff Partnership support, with its approved term, seats, scope, and statement of work.
  4. Complete payment or the approved scoped-commercial process.
  5. Review and accept the correct Access and Use Agreement, and download your copy.
  6. Your authorized ZEUS account is created and provisioned against your verified identity, role, and permissions.
  7. You receive the purchase welcome email immediately.
  8. You receive a separate activation email once the agreement and provisioning are complete.
  9. You schedule onboarding when advisory or Chief of Staff support is included.
  10. You enter the governed client lifecycle: onboarding, support, renewal, and reporting.

Unity Impact Partners is the seller and merchant of record. The authorized Unity Impact Partners PayPal account receives customer payments. Business and Enterprise pricing, incremental users, and implementation that requires scoping are agreed in consultation and are not published here.

How enrollment, access, and billing work

Authorization

Your address is added to the workspace, and you are authorized to access. Signing in verifies who you are; authorization determines what you can access. Each document has its own access roster, so permission is granted intentionally and only to those authorized to view it.

Account and billing

Your plan, payment method, and renewal settings are managed securely within your authorized workspace.

Enrollment and payment

Enrollment is completed directly with Unity Impact Partners, which manages your customer agreement and processes payment. This site does not collect or store your card or bank account information.

The order things happen in

Payment is confirmed first. Your workspace is authorized only after that, and your own information is entered only once the workspace exists. Nothing you provide is held before there is an agreement and a confirmed payment to hold it under.
